Shipping Information, Terms & Conditions

Dear Customer,

Please carefully read all the points below before placing the order.

  • We have a condition of minimum order value of Rs 500/- (excluding shipping). Please also note that if a customer decides to cancel the order before the order is shipped, there will be deduction of 2.5% of the order value per our T&C which is towards the payment gateway charges. - Minimum Order Value is no more applicable from September 2023.

  • Even though we ship via express/priority service, there could be unforeseen delay & hence we do not offer refund or replacement for DOA (Dead On Arrival) on aquatic plants. Neither we nor the courier company will be responsible for damage to the aquatic plants caused due to such delay. Please note that we may opt for priority/express/speedpost service from available and various courier partners including India Post. Its advised and wise that if your location is comparatively remote then not to place an order for aquatic plants.

  • In the interim we will not be able to label the plant names on the individual packing, you can contact us on WhatsApp/email to clarify if in doubt of the plants names.

  • For aquatic plants order, the specific plants that become unavailable at the last minute before shipping, a refund will be issued for those plants.
