Warranty on products Offered: Warranty offered on the products are provided by the manufacturer directly, you may visit the manufacturer’s website, contact us in case you need more information or details for a specific product. Every effort is made to provide the warranty details if any on the product details itself.

Pricing and Payments:

finsnflora.com accepts multiple online payments. Payments are accepted online in INR. We accept the following online payments:

Online Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Net Banking - We accept payments from all leading banks via bank transfer and through our online payment partner PayU. Payment is via secure method.

Online Payment - We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Please Note: The name that may appear towards which the payment is made as "Chirayu Creations" which is our registered company name.

While finsnflora.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information of our aquarium products, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Finsnflora.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Finsnflora.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Finsnflora.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Finsnflora.com will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Finsnflora.com accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit / debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Finsnflora.com dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit / debit card / Bank account.

Shipping: We use multiple carriers/couriers to ship items and all items are typically delivered within 2-5 days from the realization of payment (not applicable for aquatic plants which follows a different schedule detailed below).  

All products are packed well and necessary packing material used to ensure no damages are incurred during transit. All loss, insurance if any are governed by the shipping carrier(if applicable/available) that we use to ship your items, Fins N Flora do not own any such damages incurred by the carrier however we will make every effort to support your claim with the shipping carrier.

In case of shipping carrier/courier not able to deliver the consignment due to customer/recipient unavailability or refusal to accept and courier marks it as RTO (Return to Origin), customer is liable to pay the additional charges levied on us by the courier (equaling the shipping amount paid while placing the order, in case of free delivery offered by us, we will provide the actual charges by the courier company and customer will be liable to pay for RTO).

Kindly do not club dry goods with aquatic plants as both have different requirements from a transit time, packing details etc. If you club we will be shipping both the items separately and may charge additional shipping amount.

For aquatic plants order, cut off time is Sunday evening 6pm IST, to be eligible for immediate Tuesday ship out. Order placed after 6pm on a Sunday will only be shipped on the 2nd Tuesday from the order day.

Shipping commitments do not hold good in the “act of god” (natural calamities etc)

Orders: We normally process the order the next day of payment receipt, however in some cases it may take longer. Fins N Flora reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, cancellation reason most likely be due to unavailability of the product in stock however shown as available/ in stock on the website due to delay in real time updates on the website or a technical issue.

Money back, Returns & Replacements: We will return the full amount in case of cancellation of orders as described in the above point under “orders”.  However for any other reason customer decides to cancel the order we would deduct 2% -3% of total order amount which goes to the payment gateway while customer transacts during the online payment.

Product can be returned for any manufacturing defects after the due diligence by you and us, warranty as per manufacturer will be applicable as described in the point “warranty on products” above. A replacement is offered if customer receives a product damaged or broken due to any sign of packing issues or a defective product, customer must send us an email at contact@finsnflora.com with the details and picture of the damaged product (including aquatic plants) within 24 hours of delivery of the order as per courier company's tracking details. Return shipping charges would be borne by us however customer needs to send us all the original and manufacturer packing & boxes, product should be in unused condition, damage should not be due to improper handling. Not meeting any of these criteria would void the money back, returns and replacements by us.

For aquatic plants refund is not applicable if -

1. Certain plants leaf structure may differ as shown in the picture due to emersed vs submerged growth, the same has been mentioned in our product description as well. Please read material on internet & aquatic forums to understand this concept. We get a lot of queries and email from hobbyist who are new to the hobby with this concern however something which is natural.

2. A few leaves melting or turning brown, this is very natural and common during transit especially with plant varieties that have fragile leaves, for example Blyxa Japonica, Cabomba varieties etc.

3. Your request to cancel the order is after Sunday 6pm which is the cut-off for all aquatic plants order for that particular week, this is because we consider all orders confirmed at 6pm on Sunday and at the farm the processing starts which includes the cutting of the plants.
